Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, eviction, and related real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and file foreclosure pleadings and motions.
• Handle title and survey review, as well as real estate closing documents.
• Participate in mediations, depositions and hearings.
• Maintain good communication with clients.
• Manage cases from initiation through resolution with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Work closely with partners and clients to provide excellent legal service.
• Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes affecting foreclosure and real estate law in Kentucky.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is detail-oriented, eager to grow, and interested in working in the real estate and foreclosure field. This position does NOT utilize billable hours -allowing you to focus on quality work and client service. • Represent clients in foreclosure, eviction, and related real estate matters.
