Job summary

Regency Centers Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our regional office in Los Angeles, CA or Long Beach, CA. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after training, focusing on underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence for shopping center investments.

You’ll manage ongoing financial models, analyze potential developments, and prepare materials for committee reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate PowerBI; experience with Argus Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial models for in-process developments and monthly forecasting updates.
• Underwrite prospective developments, acquisitions, and redevelopments.
• Assist with due diligence for new investments and prepare memoranda for committees/board.
• Prepare abstracts for anchor leases and track significant contract dates.
