Job summary

CenterCal Properties in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Development Analyst to support the full development lifecycle—from deal sourcing and underwriting to financing, lease-up and stabilization of projects.

You will build cash flow models, perform market analyses, and help prepare investment memoranda for senior management. The role requires a finance/real estate background and solid modeling experience; travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of full-time experience as a financial or real estate analyst.
• Cash flow modeling experience in Excel and Argus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow and pro forma financial models in Argus and Excel as part of underwriting process.
• Perform market research including rent/sales comps, competition assessments, vacancy/saturation reports.
• Conduct detailed feasibility analyses of potential new developments with the development team.
• Prepare investment memoranda and reports for senior management.
