Job summary

Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield Properties, is seeking a Senior Associate, Investor Relations in Charleston, SC. The role supports the CFO with investor reporting, materials, and responses to inquiries, while coordinating investor meetings and producing communications.

You will handle market research, track industry developments, and collaborate with FP&A and Operations to satisfy investor requests with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, accounting, communications, or other relevant discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in investor relations, asset management, or a related financial role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist CFO by preparing investor reporting materials and responses to investor inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute investor communications, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and calls with investors and gather necessary materials.
