• Develop reports for forecasting, trends, variance analysis, and results.
• Create P&L views for individual projects and developments.
• Monitor budget adherence with cost and revenue center managers.
• Identify, document, and explain budget variances across units.
• Prepare monthly project-level financials with variance explanations.
• Develop pro forma and underwriting models for investments and acquisitions.
• Focus on KPIs and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with ad-hoc analytical projects.
• Other tasks as assigned.
