Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in public accounting or with a real estate firm.
• 3+ years' financial analysis and modeling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party accounting functions and monthly property reporting.
• Review and reconcile monthly rent statements and property invoices; prepare budgets.
• Assist with pre-development and development proformas and construction cost review.
• Support audits and consolidate financial statements for investments.
• Ensure compliance with loan agreements and reporting deadlines.
• Assist with property tax appeals and insurance renewals.
