• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience representing institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality legal guidance as part of a legal team.
• Work with internal teams to streamline asset servicing and reporting.
• Explain and evaluate legal risks of transactions to investment and business professionals.
• Ensure adherence to legal procedures, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Negotiate, draft, review, catalog, and execute contracts.
• Report with Brio Transaction Counsel on initiatives.
• Supervise outside counsel and manage cost of representation.
