• 3–5 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience representing lenders or investors in real estate deals.
• Ability to draft loan documents and operating agreements.
• Colorado admission or eligibility to waive into Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and investors in complex real estate finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate real estate-secured loan documents.
• Draft and negotiate joint ventures, partnership, and operating agreements.
• Oversee due diligence and coordinate with paralegals and transaction teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Advise clients on acquisition, development, financing, and investment matters involving commercial real estate assets.
• Support transactions involving multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive client service.
