The role is hybrid and requires substantive experience representing lenders on mortgage, mezzanine, and construction real estate loans, plus acquisition and disposition experience.

Formación

• 3–6 years of law firm experience in commercial real estate finance or related industry experience.
• Experience representing lenders in mortgage, mezzanine and/or construction financing.
• Acquisition and disposition experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills.
• Admission to the D.C. Bar preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate loan documents and related agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings.
• Review organizational and title/survey materials.
• Manage transaction execution throughout the lifecycle of a deal.
