Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate loan documents, SNDAs, and subordination and standstill agreements.
• Analyze and manage legal due diligence, including real estate ownership structures and related instruments.
• Review and evaluate title, survey, zoning, leases, and legal opinions.
• Manage and close complex commercial real estate transactions from origination through funding.
• Train and supervise junior associates and paralegals as needed.
