The position involves handling a broad range of real estate finance matters, including loan documents, due diligence, title reviews, closings, and negotiations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of transactional real estate or real estate finance experience.
• Experience representing borrowers, lenders, developers, investors, or sponsors in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in high-level transactional work and client service.
• Willingness to take ownership and develop toward independent responsibility.
• Tax or securities expertise is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent borrowers, lenders, developers, investors, or sponsors in real estate transactions.
• Prepare and negotiate loan documents and related transaction documents.
• Perform due diligence, title and survey review, and closing matters.
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines with strong client service.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex deals.
