Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working on commercial real estate transactions.

• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Manage various components of transactions, including lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate leasing transactions, or joint venture deals.
• Work independently and in teams; contribute to a growing, nationally ranked Real Estate Practice Group.
• Collaborate with collegial attorneys and clients to deliver sophisticated transactions.
