• Mortgage and mezzanine loan originations

• Bridge, construction, and permanent loans
• Loan participations and syndications
• Co-lender and intercreditor agreements
• Workouts and restructurings
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate finance at a top law firm
• Strong drafting and transactional skills
• Familiarity with debt and equity structures in commercial real estate
• Licensed or eligible to practice law in Illinois
• Salary Range: $225,000 – $420,000 (based on experience and internal equity)
