A busy national platform is hiring a Real Estate Finance Associate who wants real lender and borrower deal flow rather than the odd refinance once a quarter.

Overview

We are working with a well-regarded US law firm that is expanding its real estate finance group. They need a Real Estate Finance Associate who can run transactions from term sheet through closing, with early client contact and partners who involve associates in structuring. The seat is based in Atlanta, hybrid, and suits two or more years of commercial real estate finance experience with more ownership than a pure diligence role.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, mortgages, guaranties and intercreditor documents for senior, mezzanine and construction loans
• Acting for lenders and borrowers across multifamily, industrial, office, hospitality and mixed-use financings
