KeyBank Real Estate Capital is seeking an Analyst to support senior team members in managing client relationships, reviewing credit requests, and monitoring transactions in the Institutional Real Estate Group.
You will perform financial analysis, real estate due diligence, underwriting, credit structuring, portfolio management, and prepare client-tailored materials. Office-based with occasional travel; competitive pay and generous benefits.

An Analyst assists senior team members in managing client relationships, reviewing and processing credit requests, and monitoring existing transactions. Analyst support includes, but is not limited to, financial analysis, real estate due diligence, transaction underwriting, credit structuring, portfolio management, creating client-tailored marketing materials, and client interface.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
