Job summary

Greystone seeks an Analyst in its Atlanta, GA office to support the Bridge Lending Group. You will input property financials into Excel models, coordinate third-party reports, and assist in due diligence and underwriting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 0–1 years of multifamily experience, with strong MS Office and communication skills. This role offers growth in a market-leading national real estate finance firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent job experience (0–1 years of multifamily experience preferred).
• Strong MS Office/Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Input property financial and information into Excel financial models.
• Engage third-party reports (appraisal, Phase I, PCNA, Seismic) for underwriting.
• Initial review of third-party reports for key checkpoints.
• Prepare due diligence checklist and coordinate status with clients.
• Receive and organize information from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track timing and stages of each transaction; maintain loan pipeline communication.
• Collaborate with management, investors, borrowers and attorneys as applicable.
• Work independently on projects and as part of a team; handle other duties as assigned.
