Job summary

Greystone in Atlanta is seeking an Agency Production Intern to support a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac production team. The role offers hands-on exposure to multifamily real estate finance, loan analysis, and affordability programs, with close collaboration across analysts and team members.

The internship develops skills in data collection, cash flow modeling, and loan submission prep while gaining experience in CRM and pipeline management in a dynamic real estate lender environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• Interest in commercial real estate, multifamily housing, or finance demonstrated through coursework or activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection, organization, and review of property and financial information (rent rolls, operating statements, market data).
• Support preliminary valuation, cash flow, and loan-sizing analyses under guidance of the production analyst team.
• Assist reviewing affordable housing documents (HAP contracts, regulatory agreements, tax abatements).
• Prepare presentation materials, transaction summaries, and materials for internal/client use.
• Prepare and organize initial Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan submission materials.
• Maintain accurate transaction and pipeline information within CRM and internal platforms.
• Participate in team meetings and transaction discussions; support special projects.
