Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities

• Run checks, credit reports, market statistics, demographic statistics, and crime reports.
• Input property financial information into Excel financial models.
• Assist in preparation of due diligence checklist and follow up with clients.
• Receive and organize information from clients and verify documentation.
• Track timing and stages of each transaction; maintain loan pipeline updates.
• Communicate regularly with internal personnel to coordinate tasks and deadlines.
