Job summary

Colliers International in Orlando, FL is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our brokerage support team. You will perform advanced financial analysis, build cash flow models, and support acquisition/disposition strategies for client portfolios.

You will leverage Excel and ARGUS modelling to deliver accurate projections, evaluate leases, and contribute to proposals and client pitches within a collaborative office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3-4 years of real estate, capital markets or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
• Experience with ARGUS modelling.
• 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimize client acquisition and disposition strategies by developing financial models and analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow, including ground-up development opportunities.
• Provide analytical tools and cost-effective analyses to influence lease or purchase decisions.
• Communicate findings effectively and support client presentations, RFPs, and new business pitches.
• Deliver high-accuracy financial analysis in a fast-paced team environment.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.
• 3 - 4 years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance (quality internship experience will be considered)

• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
• Experience with ARGUS modelling
• 2+ years' experience in Commercial Real Estate
