Pretium, a specialized investment firm with its New York headquarters, seeks an Associate to join the Real Estate team. This role is based in New York City and involves screening and executing investments, building robust financial models, performing due diligence, and coordinating with asset and portfolio management teams.

You will support senior members on new initiatives, present recommendations, and assist in capital raising and strategy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of real estate investment banking, private equity, or investment management experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience researching and delivering presentations.

Responsabilités

• Screen and execute potential investments, including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Assist asset and portfolio management of existing investments and funds.
• Support senior team members on new initiatives and potential ventures.
• Prepare analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Collaborate with Real Estate and Quantitative Strategies teams on portfolio models.
