Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Real Estate EHS Professional to ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance across construction projects, facilities, and contractor-managed operations in the United States.
You will advise project teams and site leadership, oversee contractor prequalification and site inspections, and help drive a proactive safety culture while aligning with OSHA and EPA requirements.

The Real Estate EHS Professional (EHS) supports Siemens Healthineers Real Estate by ensuring compliance with applicable Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations, corporate standards, and internal directives across construction projects, facility management, and contractor-managed operations throughout the United States. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Real Estate Project Managers, Facility Managers, contractors, and site leadership, helping drive a proactive safety culture while minimizing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The base pay range for this position is: $74,350 - $102,234. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
