Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Real Estate EHS Professional to ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance across construction projects, facilities, and contractor-managed operations in the United States.

You will advise project teams and site leadership, oversee contractor prequalification and site inspections, and help drive a proactive safety culture while aligning with OSHA and EPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in EHS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in construction, facilities or capital projects.
• Working knowledge of OSHA (29 CFR 1910/1926) and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations across projects.
• Integrate EHS requirements into construction and facilities projects with project teams.
• Support contractor prequalification, onboarding, and site oversight.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement environmental risk assessments and mitigations.
• Prepare and deliver EHS reporting and training programs.
