About Us: Kingdom Homes is a multiple seven-figure nationwide real estate wholesaling & flipping business operating in 15+ markets across the U.S. We source off-market discounted properties and connect them with local investors. Occasionally, we renovate and sell properties ourselves.

Job Description: We seek a highly motivated, results-driven Real Estate Dispositions Specialist to oversee the entire dispositions process, managing relationships with investors from initial contact to closing. Your role involves engaging with real estate buyers/investors, negotiating offers, securing agreements, and ensuring smooth escrow closings. Strong sales skills, relationship management, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Investor Contact: Engage with property buyers/investors, provide property details, build rapport, and gather their buy criteria and initial offers.
  2. Coordination: Manage property access for tours, coordinate with the acquisitions team and local agents, and stay organized.
  3. Negotiation: Negotiate purchase terms, handle objections, and secure the best deals.
  4. Deal-Making: Actively reach out within our investor network, follow up, and find creative matching opportunities.
  5. Communication: Maintain regular contact with buyers, provide updates, and coordinate internally.
  6. Use CRM and Tools: Utilize Monday.com for tracking investor info and leads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
