Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Project Manager for Real Estate Development to support planning, coordination, and execution of small to mid-size real estate and construction projects. You will assist senior team members and gain hands-on exposure to various facility types, helping deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in project coordination and a foundation in construction processes, with strong MS Office and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–5 years of experience in construction project coordination, facilities, or real estate development.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
• Exposure to AutoCAD, data analysis, automation, or AI tools like Power BI is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in development and execution of real estate and construction projects.
• Manage small projects and minor facility improvements from initiation through closeout under supervision.
• Coordinate project documentation including schedules, budgets, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support the preparation of preliminary budgets, cost estimates, and capital approval materials.
• Track project progress, timelines, and expenditures; flag risks or variances to senior team members.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist with bid processes, vendor coordination, and contract documentation.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and records.
• Participate in project meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
• Support site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Build relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
• Leverage digital tools and emerging AI capabilities to improve tracking and reporting.
• Develop or enhance internal tools, dashboards, or workflows (e.g., Excel models, Power BI, scripts) to streamline processes.
