Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Project Manager, Real Estate Development to support planning, coordination, and execution of small-scale real estate and construction projects. You will assist senior team members on larger initiatives and provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–5 years in construction project coordination, facilities, or real estate development preferred.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, project management, and building systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is a plus.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis, automation, or emerging AI tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot) is strongly preferred.
• Basic coding or scripting experience (Python, VBA, SQL, or low-code platforms) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in real estate and construction project development and execution.
• Manage small projects and minor facility improvements from initiation through closeout under supervision.
• Coordinate project documentation including schedules, budgets, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support preliminary budgets, cost estimates, and capital approval materials.
• Track progress, timelines, and expenditures; flag risks to senior team members.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist with bid processes, vendor coordination, and contract documentation.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and records.
• Document action items and follow-ups from meetings; support site visits and inspections.
• Build relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
• Leverage digital tools, automation, and emerging AI to improve tracking and efficiency.
• Help develop or enhance internal tools, dashboards, or workflows (Excel, Power BI, scripts, low-code).
