Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an early-career Project Manager, Real Estate Development to support planning, coordination and execution of small-scale real estate and construction projects.

You will gain hands-on exposure to a range of facility types, from corporate offices to healthcare environments, while learning from experienced project managers and contributing to modernizing project delivery with data and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in real estate and construction projects.
• Manage small projects and minor facility improvements end-to-end.
• Coordinate project documentation including schedules, budgets, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support preliminary budgets, cost estimates, and capital approval materials.
• Track project progress, timelines, and expenditures; flag risks or variances to senior team members.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist with bid processes, vendor coordination, and contract documentation.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and records.
• Participate in project meetings and help document action items and follow-ups.
• Support site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Build working relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
• Leverage digital tools, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve project tracking, reporting, and team efficiency.
• Assist in developing or enhancing internal tools, dashboards, or workflows to streamline project management processes.
