Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Real Estate Project Coordinator to support planning, review, and execution of commercial real estate development and renovation projects in the Fremont area.

You will coordinate with facilities, IT, and external project teams, read basic construction drawings, and help ensure adherence to corporate facility standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, facilities, real estate development, or architecture/engineering.
• Basic understanding of commercial building systems (MEP/HVAC) and construction processes.
• Basic IT infrastructure knowledge for office, industrial, and R&D environments.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and project documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience with commercial or corporate real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of real estate development, renovation, and construction projects.
• Review basic construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documents and identify key issues or questions.
• Work with FM to incorporate facility standards and operational requirements into project planning.
• Apply knowledge of MEP/HVAC and building systems to support discussions.
• Identify IT infrastructure requirements and coordinate with IT at project stages.
• Review project scope, costs, change orders, schedules, and progress.
• Participate in site walks, design reviews, and handover.
