Job summary

EIG14T Real Estate is seeking a Development Coordinator to assist the Development Managers and the VP of Development in coordinating project processes and the daily operations of the Development Department.

You will manage the weekly department information, attend meetings with clients and authorities, and coordinate information across teams. The role focuses on organizing data, budgeting support, and timely submissions for development projects.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal, consultant, and tenant meetings; take notes, circulate summaries and to-dos.
• Attend front-end meetings to understand upcoming needs and assemble information for budgets.
• Solicit RFPs for projects; provide preliminary Bid Tab insights.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, municipalities, engineers, architects and vendors.
• Prepare and track preliminary and final project budget meetings.
• Input data in the Master Data Pipeline to keep project information up to date.
• Aid with government submissions, plans delivery, check requests and related tasks.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for Development team members.
• Support bond requests and cancellations at project completion.
• Submit RFIs to tenants and departments from lease execution to construction.
• Maintain filing systems and development process documentation.
