The role involves assisting with feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis, while handling documentation, invoices, and risk mitigation with internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Familiarity with real estate development processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing development projects through feasibility, entitlement, design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Track schedules, budgets and key milestones; support cost forecasting and reporting.
• Support permitting, entitlement processes and document management.
• Prepare reports and presentations and assist with market research and financial analysis.
