Qualifications

• 57 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with property management and/or real estate accounting required.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, with MRI or Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations across development, property management, and corporate entities.
• Support preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and close.
• Provide financial oversight for development projects and managed properties, including job costs and leasing activity.
• Guide and support accounting team members while driving process improvement and system initiatives.
