Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate transactions, contracts, and closings.
- Support land acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, and financing.
- Collaborate with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.
- Provide timely legal analysis and maintain thorough documentation.
