Job summary

NorthPoint Development is seeking a Development Associate to join our Cincinnati team in an on-site role. You’ll support project diligence, budgeting, and scheduling while coordinating with internal teams and consultants to move development opportunities forward.

The ideal candidate has a 2-3 year track record, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Real Estate.
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant position.
• Strong interpersonal communicator.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support internal project team with due diligence, market research, budget establishment, and investment offering preparation.
• Assist in creating, tracking and managing development schedules (due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, land closing).
• Collaborate with Capital and Asset Management teams to distribute accurate project reports to partners.
• Coordinate consultants (civil, environmental, geotechnical, etc.).
• Organize the process of identifying scope and analyzing bids from consultants and contractors.
