NorthPoint Development is seeking a Development Manager for an on-site role in Cincinnati. The position leads site feasibility, entitlement, and predevelopment efforts while coordinating with engineers, attorneys, and environmental specialists.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder reporting to drive timely project delivery. The role requires 5+ years in a related field, a civil or real estate background, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate.
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• Strong understanding of land entitlement processes and regulatory coordination.
• Ability to travel as required to support project and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site feasibility and due diligence, including test fits, title/survey review, environmental reports, geotechnical studies, and identification of development constraints.
• Lead the entitlement process from start to finish, including zoning changes, platting, securing necessary permits and approvals, and maintaining detailed schedules and budgets for the pre-development and entitlement phases of project.
• Manage and coordinate a team of external consultants to ensure timely submission of high-quality applications and reports.
• Perform critical reviews of civil engineering plans, drainage reports, traffic studies to ensure compliance with regulations and project objectives.
• Represent NorthPoint in public hearings and meetings before planning commissions, city councils, and other governmental bodies.
• Bid, negotiate, and administer contracts and change orders for all project related vendors.
• Manage and coordinate an external project team to ensure timely delivery within schedule and budget.
• Work collaboratively across intercompany departments (leasing, finance, property management, accounting).
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed development schedules, milestones, and budgets and report to stakeholders.
