Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience required.
• Basic understanding of construction standards and practices needed.
• Multifamily or condominium development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market studies and feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
• Review local ordinances for approval requirements and development restrictions.
• Assist in preparation of applications for required approvals.
• Coordinate services with various professionals for project analysis.
• Visit projects and ensure adherence to plans and schedules.
