Responsibilities

• Evaluates, prepares and reviews financial analysis of development opportunities, including creating detailed pro-forma and financial models.
• Oversee market data analysis, preparation of investment memoranda, detailed reports, and market summaries.
• Assists with consultant engagement and direction to complete project design and obtain permits.
• Solicits feasibility studies and proposals from design consultants.
• Manages due diligence of development sites and coordinates with consultants to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate with construction team to ensure budget reflects development plan and approvals.
• Attend hearings and meetings; prepare deliverables with consultants.
• Prepare reports and budgets; monitor DCSR process and project status for equity partners and lenders.
• Track pre-development budgets and invoice processing; assist with equity/debt questions.
• Maintain market awareness and collaborate with team on floor plans and FF&E.
