Greystar is seeking a development-focused finance professional to support its platform. You will analyze development opportunities, build detailed pro-forma models, and prepare market summaries for acquisitions in assigned markets.

Responsibilities include managing relationships with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and owners, and leading due diligence to inform investment decisions and closing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate finance or public accounting with attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling with cash flow forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills with brokers and partners.
• Ability to think critically and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conducts financial analysis of development opportunities and builds pro-forma models.
• Gathers market data and prepares development memoranda and market summaries.
• Maintains relationships with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and owners.
• Identifies acquisitions and assists in preparing documents for pitches and RFPs.
• Leads due diligence and develops findings affecting deal returns and performance.
• Monitors progress and timelines for development transactions in the region.
