Job summary

Pennrose in Denver is seeking an Associate Developer to support multi-faceted real estate development projects from inception through lease-up. You will work with in-house Developers, SeniorDevelopers and Regional Vice Presidents while coordinating with financiers, architects, designers and contractors to ensure timely, accurate analyses and documentation.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business or related field is required.
• Master’s Degree or at least 3 years of work experience is required.
• Solid real-estate knowledge base and strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in composing on-message PowerPoint presentations.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling to determine economic feasibility of a project.
• Drafting, editing, assembling, and finalizing RFPs and RFQs under supervision.
• Participation in building public-private partnerships and coordinating with municipalities.
• Prepare professional presentations for financiers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate development budgets and project schedules; ensure timely follow-up.
