Job summary

Mitsui Fudosan America seeks a team-oriented Asset Management & Development professional in San Francisco to support data gathering, financial analyses and budgeting for operating assets and developments.

Responsibilities include financial modeling in Excel and Argus, budgeting, lender reporting, and underwriting development deals, with monthly and quarterly reporting oversight. The candidate collaborates with asset managers, brokers, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real estate with relevant coursework.
Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate analysis.
Strong Excel and Argus modeling capabilities.
Independent yet collaborative, with clear communication.
Solid research and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain property cash flow models in Excel for budgeting, valuation and investment decisions.
Support leasing analysis and rent calculations to benchmark against market data.
Assist with lender reporting and DSCR/LTV covenant compliance.
Underwrite development deals and prepare investment briefs and support material.
Track budgets, perform variance analyses, and oversee monthly/quarterly reporting.
Coordinate with asset managers, brokers, and senior leadership.
