Coda Search│Staffing is seeking an Acquisitions Associate for a growing real estate investment firm in Atlanta. The role supports the full investment process, from sourcing through underwriting, due diligence, and closing, with exposure to senior investment professionals.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in real estate acquisitions or related fields, strong financial modeling, and proven Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Industrial real estate experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and evaluate potential real estate acquisitions.
• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, returns analysis, and sensitivities.
• Analyze property performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing documentation and coordinating with third-party consultants.
• Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities.
• Assist with sourcing, networking, and deal generation.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior leadership.
• Partner with finance, legal, and operations teams throughout the acquisition process.
• Prepare reporting and presentations on investment activity and market conditions.
