Position Overview: The Deal Operations Specialist is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes pending transactions, maintains large amounts of information across various real estate-specific databases, and offers agent support by answering questions and ensuring compliance with paperwork.

This is a fully remote position; candidates must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time Zone.

Essential Job Duties

1. Review and audit documentation for proper system placement.
2. Create and manage transactions in the operating system.
3. Communicate with Sales Associates regarding incomplete files.
4. Collaborate with branch office administrative staff and Agent Services to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
5. Provide customer support to agents and branch staff.
6. Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in data entry, customer service, or real estate-related roles.
• Proficiency in programs like Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to learn real estate applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
