Job description

Deal Operations Specialist - Remote (Pacific Time Zone)

The Deal Operations Specialist is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role involves creating and managing pending transactions, maintaining large datasets across real estate databases, and supporting agents by answering questions and ensuring paperwork compliance.

This is a fully remote position; candidates must be able to work in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.

  1. Review and audit documentation for accuracy and proper placement in the system.
  2. Create and manage transactions within the operating system.
  3. Communicate with Sales Associates regarding incomplete files.
  4. Collaborate with branch office staff and Agent Services to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  5. Provide customer support to agents and staff.
  6. Perform additional duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or real estate-related roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and ability to learn real estate applications.
