Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Real Estate Data Lead Analyst to own and govern enterprise real estate data assets across the lifecycle. You will define data requirements, ensure data lineage, and partner with EA, Data Engineering, and reporting teams to deliver trusted data.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and collaboration with business stakeholders as you manage data pipelines, transformations, and integrations using SQL Server, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis or data governance in enterprise environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to troubleshoot data across databases.
• Experience translating business needs into data requirements and mappings.
• Knowledge of data integration concepts (APIs, pipelines).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward enterprise real estate data assets with clear ownership, definitions, and lineage.
• Maintain understanding of data landscape, systems of record, owners, and data flows.
• Define data requirements and mappings from business needs to technical specifications.
• Serve as liaison between business, EA, Data Engineering, and analytics teams to ensure data requirements are understood and delivered.
• Establish data governance, quality, and documentation including data dictionaries and lineage.
• Ensure data is available to authorized users via appropriate systems and platforms, define pipelines, interfaces, and scheduling.
• Use SQL and enterprise platforms (SQL Server, Databricks, Snowflake) to validate and troubleshoot data.
• Support data-related implementations, migrations, testing, reconciliation, and production cutover.
• Monitor data quality issues, root causes, and remediation actions.
• Support enterprise real estate technology ecosystem (Kalibrate, Mendix, SQL Server, Databricks, Snowflake) with clear ownership and governance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
