Circle K is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics to lead customer data strategies, personalization, and loyalty program optimization in a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide a team of analysts, data scientists, and ML engineers to design models and deploy solutions that drive engagement and growth.

The role requires deep analytics expertise, leadership experience, and strong collaboration with Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related analytical field; PhD preferred.
• 8+ years in data/analytics; 3+ years in leadership; experience in retail or loyalty domains is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R; experience with cloud platforms and data engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy and roadmap for Loyalty & Customer analytics.
• Lead the design and deployment of advanced analytics and AI/ML models.
• Oversee data pipelines, ETL processes, and model deployment; guide cross-functional teams.
