Job summary

Flow is seeking a Real Estate Counsel to drive real estate growth with speed and business alignment. You will review deal structures, negotiate terms, and provide strategic legal guidance across our portfolio of properties.

You will work closely with operating teams, finance, and development to ensure compliant, value-driven transactions and smooth execution. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong negotiation and drafting skills.

About the Role

The Real Estate Counsel role is pivotal to Flow's mission as person will execute on real estate growth strategy with speed and business alignment. From looking at various deal structures to assisting operating teams deliver the greatest experiences, the Real Estate Counsel will be firmly entrenched within the company's most important operations. The ideal candidate is high-achieving and self-assured but open-minded and equipped with incredible communication skills.
