Qualifications

• Must have J.D. and be eligible to practice in Tennessee.
• Experience in transactional, corporate, commercial real estate, finance, or related practice.
• Experience with real estate transactions, REITs, or asset-intensive businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leases, and due diligence.
• Support corporate governance matters, board records, and organizational documentation.
• Assist with litigation and legal matter management, coordinating with outside counsel.
• Provide cross-functional legal support across the organization, including contract negotiation and process improvements.
