The Real Estate and Transactions Teams at MUHA seek a paralegal to support contract drafting, leases, loan documents, and due diligence for real estate and business assets. This role reports to the Director of MUHA Legal Affairs and MUSC General Counsel, requiring strong organization and attention to detail for high-volume matters.

The position emphasizes coordinating with multiple departments, preparing and processing documents for closings, and providing proactive legal support in a healthcare

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys and senior staff in preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, loan documents, disclosures schedules, and title documents for real estate and business assets.
• Organize, review, and analyze legal documents and due diligence materials.
• Prepare and organize legal documents and processing approvals and signatures for closings.
• Master cutting-edge software and workflow processes to aid information retention and recovery.
• Coordinate between the legal department and other health system departments; maintain electronic files.
