Job summary

Republic Property Group is seeking a versatile Community Marketing Coordinator to execute daily marketing tasks for a master-planned community in Fort Worth, TX. The role is hands-on and broad, involving CRM/email, social media, content, design, events, signage, and builder/realtor engagement.

You will work within an established brand, reporting to the General Manager, delivering execution across channels and campaigns while gaining real-world real estate marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3+ years of relevant marketing experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for varied audiences.
• Social media and content experience, including basic photos and video.
• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for basic to intermediate design tasks.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, initiative, curiosity, and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, Builder & Realtor Engagement: respond to inbound inquiries and guide prospects, support realtor outreach, maintain builder relationships.
• CRM, Email & Digital Marketing: manage HubSpot lists/workflows, build email campaigns, keep digital channels current.
• Social Media, Content & Creative: create and publish social content, capture media, design flyers and signage, coordinate external creatives.
• Events, Advertising & Marketing Operations: support events, manage signage, assist with paid advertising and budget coordination.
