Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, planning or related field required.

• At least five years of professional planning or community development experience.
• Experience engaging community residents and stakeholders in planning.
• Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to conduct project due diligence and planning.
• Coordinate planning activities and community engagement.
• Manage infrastructure design, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare vendor scopes, cost estimates, and contracts.
