Responsibilities
  • Complete Marcus and Millichap University Education and Certification
  • Participate in a 5-month program with a 90-day accountability follow-up plan
  • Follow the team plan
  • Drive business growth
  • Engage in cold calling, meetings, and industry events
  • Seek expert guidance on valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Conduct property analyses, broker opinions of value (BOV), and market comparisons
  • Perform research on industry trends and the local market
  • Build and maintain relationships with qualified buyers
  • Negotiate deals and develop relationships for future growth
  • Appraise properties using local market comparisons
  • Research property maintenance and renovation costs for clients
  • Follow up promptly with customer leads and requests
  • Provide market area research to assist clients in making informed decisions
Qualifications
  • Commission-based opportunity
  • Valid Real Estate License required
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate practices and lease language
  • Strong marketing, sales, and advertising skills
Compensation

$170,000 at plan commissions
