What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, build relationships, and educate commercial property owners on roofing needs and solutions
• Conduct roof inspections and coordinate with our internal teams to provide accurate estimates
• Guide clients through the insurance or direct purchase process
• Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
• Represent the Priority Roofing brand with integrity and professionalism in your local market
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred (but not required — we train the right mindset)
• Ability to travel to Dallas for the 3-day Bootcamp
• Goal-oriented individuals who want freedom, flexibility, and high earning potential
• Confidence, resilience, and coachability
